The cancellation deadline for your reservation will always be indicated on your trip confirmation, in the routing details. Generally speaking, hourly services may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the trip, and airport runs in sedans or SUV's have a 24-hour advance cancellation policy.
In the event that your flight gets cancelled, you may cancel your reservation no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Consult your trip confirmation for the cancellation policy specific to your trip.

*** Note- after a flight lands the passenger has a free waiting time up to 60min-After 60 min is exceeded due to any delays after landing - there will be an hourly extra charge for waiting time charged with no exceptions. --International Flights 90 min-

***Note- For non airport pick ups, a maximum 15 minute waiting time is given free from scheduled pick up time on reservation, after 15 minutes an hourly waiting charge will apply with no exceptions.

*** Note -20% gratuity, will be not added .Give cash or vanmo to driver.

***Note-Charge of $75-$300 for any excessive clean up fees, pet transportation cleaning fee, and for incidents affecting vehicle sanitation during transport, may be applicable at the discretion of the company.
